I am a self taught professional Private Chef with 8 years of experience. I have been influenced by a melting pot of food and culture being from New York City.
As a child, growing up with Caribbean and Latin family I gained a great knowledge of how to work with bold flavors. Being a chef was not always part of the plan. I always knew I could cook but never saw it as a career.
After years of working jobs that I had no passion for, I took leap of faith and took a restaurant job where I learned all the basic skills I needed.
Over time I've worked at other restaurants, and had the chance to work with phenominal chefs who have helped me hone my craft. Now, I am able create unforgettable experiences for my clients, that is something I am proud of and hold dear to my heart.
